Group V – Violations of Migration Status
These codes are most often associated with documents and compliance with the rules of residence in Turkey.
V-69 - Revoked residence permit
V-70 – a fictitious marriage concluded solely for obtaining a residence permit or citizenship
V-71 – Late notification of a change of address or false information
V-88 – Work permit revoked
V-137 – Foreigner granted time to leave Turkey without deportation
️ Group Ç – violations of terms of stay
If a person has exceeded the permitted period of stay on a visa, visa-free regime, residence permit or work permit, he may be assigned one of the following codes:
Ç-101 – Entry ban for 3 months
Ç-102 for 6 months
Ç-103 - for 1 year
Ç-104 - for 2 years
Ç-105 - up to 5 years
This group also includes:
Ç-117 – illegal employment
Ç-118 - revoked residence permit
Ç-119 – Failure to pay a fine for illegal work
Ç-120 – Failure to pay a fine for visa or migration violations
Group G – serious offences
These codes are assigned in violation of Turkish criminal law.
G-34 – Use of Forged Documents
G-42 – Drug-related crimes
G-65 - Theft
G-66 – Robbery and Extortion
G-67 - fraud
G-78 – Infectious diseases that pose a threat to public health
