Drifting in Turkey is a fully established sporting discipline under TOSFED, with professional drivers, specially prepared cars and official competitions.
Interest continues to grow. According to the organisers, approximately 10,000 spectators attended the September round at İstanbul Park. The competition also received television and media coverage.
🏁The season is not over. The Türkiye Drift Şampiyonası 2026 calendar includes another round at İstanbul Park in October.
Anyone who missed the chance to see drifting live in September will therefore have another opportunity to experience one of motorsport's most spectacular disciplines.
At some rounds, spectators can access paddock areas, enjoy activities and even try a drift taxi: experiencing the sport from the passenger seat alongside a professional driver.
