SaphirKeramik with lcc coating
SaphirKeramik is a revolution in the world of ceramic products: thanks to its strength and plasticity, it became possible to create the thinnest, but durable walls with a thickness of 4-5 mm, as well as bends with a radius of only 2-3 mm, while preserving the traditional production technology. Thanks to its thin profile, SaphirKeramik products do not take up much space, are lightweight and environmentally friendly. The exceptional hardness and strength of SaphirKeramik is achieved thanks to corundum (AI2O3), a colorless mineral also known as sapphire. Studies show that the bending strength of this material corresponds to the parameters of steel.

LCC - innovative LAUFEN CLEAN COAT coating - this silica glassy coating is applied on the already glazed surface of ceramics. The coating allows you to preserve the original appearance of the product, so even after a few years of use, sinks and toilets will look like new ones. Surfaces with LCC coating are smoother – their graininess is only 4 nm, unlike 12 nm of a conventional glazed product. Thanks to this coating, bacteria, scale and dirt particles are easily washed away with ordinary water, which saves cleaning products consumption. The coating is resistant to aggressive chemicals: even if you use the wrong cleaning products, it will not harm the surface of the product.
