Our project Melissia Oxygen is located in the northern suburbs of the Greek capital. The municipality of Melissa is an area characterized by dense vegetation. Although it belongs to the city's urban fabric, it tricks you into offering you "relaxing images" of a country resort. Large parks, wide streets, spacious houses and “short” houses are what you can find in the area. In addition to the fact that you can witness visually, you will surely feel the high social and educational level of the residents. Traditionally, Melissa has loyal patrons who are Greeks of high social background who have lived in the area for generations and cannot easily reconcile with an area that offers them less, or foreigners who work in many embassies, consulates and multinational companies who consciously choose the centre of their activities in such a high-quality field.

Our company Vitruvius Investments, with exceptional respect for the character of the area and the high standards that must be observed in any project made there, decided to develop Melissia Oxygen. This is a complex of spacious and luxurious apartments 6, located in a three-storey building on the plot, which offers residents unique amenities such as: a beautiful garden, living rooms, playground and a modern gym.
